iGarBee Refund and Returns Guidelines
We want you to love your iGarBee products, but if something’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged item, the wrong product, or if something’s not quite right, contact us right away. We’ll make sure to resolve the issue and get you the right product.
What Can’t Be Returned
We’re happy to help with returns under most circumstances, but there are a few exceptions:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or used: We can’t accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or used, as they can’t be resold.
- Items damaged during your inspection: If an item is damaged during the inspection process (like getting torn, stained, or altered), we cannot accept it for return.
- Items not in their original condition: We can only accept returns for items that are unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received them, including packaging.
If you’re not sure whether your item qualifies for a return, feel free to reach out to us for clarification!
Note: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or design, the fastest way is to return the item you have. Once we accept your return, you can place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved for a refund. If it is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If it’s been over 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us and we’ll look into it for you.
